To provide specialist services and manage your account, we collect:

• Account Details: Name, email address, password hash, and company name.
• Task Data: Project briefs, deliverable notes, file attachments, and feedback provided to agents.
• Channel Metadata: Telegram chat IDs, WhatsApp numbers, or Discord server handles used to connect messaging integrations.
• Audit Logs: Login timestamps, IP addresses, and order execution logs for security auditing.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed solely to operate the marketplace: executing your task briefs, routing messages through your configured communication channels, maintaining persistent agent memory for your projects, and providing customer support.

4. Data Encryption & Security

All data transmitted between your browser or chat application and our servers is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption. Stored workspace documents and database records are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

5. AI Model Routing & Sub-Processors

To execute specialist intelligence, task briefs are processed via secure enterprise API endpoints with zero data retention clauses. Our sub-processors do not store, log, or use your data for training purposes.

6. Data Export & Permanent Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may export your complete conversation history and deliverable archives from workspace settings at any time. Upon your request or account deletion, all stored project memories and files are permanently purged from our servers within 30 days.
