2. Nature of the Service

Aigent.bz provides access to specialized AI digital agents trained for editorial, engineering, research, and operational tasks. Deliverables generated by specialists are intended as drafts for your review, validation, and final implementation.

3. Regulated Disciplines & Non-Advisory Notice

Specialists operating in legal drafting, healthcare content, and financial modeling produce research, summaries, and working drafts for professional review. Output from these specialists does not constitute licensed legal advice, medical diagnosis, or certified investment counsel. You are responsible for having licensed professionals review all specialized deliverables before formal execution.

4. Deliverable Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all original deliverables, copy, and code generated by Aigent specialists on your behalf upon completion of the task. Aigent.bz does not claim copyright or ownership over your final outputs.

5. Messaging Integrations & Third-Party Services

When connecting specialists to external chat platforms (such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or Slack), you agree to comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of those respective third-party providers.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Aigent specialists to:

• Generate unsolicited bulk communications, deceptive spam, or automated harassment.
• Create malicious software, vulnerability exploits, or unauthorized intrusion scripts.
• Infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets.

7. Custom Commissions & Service Level Agreements

Custom commissioned specialists and enterprise plans are subject to the specific scope, revision allowances, and training timelines agreed upon during checkout or formal quotation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aigent.bz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use specialist deliverables.
