Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Aigent.Bz (www.aigent.bz), a product of Social Stardom, Pune, India. By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

§ 01

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering on, or otherwise using the Aigent.Bz website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Social Stardom ("we", "us", or "our").

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated.

By using the Service you also represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

§ 02

Service Description

Aigent.Bz provides managed AI agent container hosting — a specialised cloud-based environment where AI-driven automation agents are deployed, monitored, and maintained on the User's behalf. The core service includes:

• Provisioning of isolated, managed containers pre-configured with AI agent runtimes.
• Infrastructure maintenance, security patching, and uptime monitoring.
• Access credentials and a management interface for controlling your agent instance.
• Email-based technical support for provisioning and configuration queries.

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Each subscription cycle covers one calendar month of access. Provisions are activated manually after payment verification; see Section 4 for billing details.

We may, from time to time, introduce additional features, modify existing features, or discontinue features at our sole discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect active subscriptions.

Service Level: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible. See Section 9 for full warranty disclaimers.

§ 03

Account Registration

To access the Service you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, a valid email address, and any other details requested during onboarding. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, API keys, or access tokens). You agree to notify us immediately at hello@aigent.bz if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share your account, transfer it to a third party, or allow multiple individuals to use a single account simultaneously, unless expressly permitted in writing by us.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion — including accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 6.

One account per person / legal entity. Creating duplicate or proxy accounts to circumvent suspension, billing requirements, or usage limits is prohibited.

§ 04

Subscription & Billing

4.1 — Payment Method

All payments for the Service are accepted exclusively via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) in Indian Rupees (INR). Our UPI payment handle is:

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, cryptocurrency, or any other payment mode at this time. All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 — Manual Payment & Verification

There is no automatic recurring billing on Aigent.Bz. Each monthly subscription requires a manual UPI payment initiated by the User. After completing a payment, you must notify us by emailing hello@aigent.bz with:

• Your registered account email address.
• The UPI Transaction Reference / UTR number.
• The amount paid and the date of payment.

We verify each payment manually against our UPI bank statement. Once verification is complete, your subscription will be activated or renewed accordingly.

4.3 — Activation Timeline

New accounts will be provisioned and access credentials delivered within 24 hours of payment verification on business days. Payments received on public holidays or weekends may take up to 48 hours to verify and activate. We will keep you informed via email if any delay arises.

4.4 — Renewals & Lapses

Your subscription covers one calendar month from the date of activation. We will send a renewal reminder to your registered email address approximately 5 days before your subscription is due to expire. It is your responsibility to initiate a renewal payment before expiry to avoid service interruption.

If a renewal payment is not received and verified by the expiry date, your agent container may be suspended. Containers that remain unpaid for more than 14 days past expiry may be permanently deprovisioned and their data deleted. We will attempt to notify you before such action.

4.5 — Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their paid period before the new pricing applies.

§ 05

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including the laws of India and any jurisdiction from which you access the Service.

Acceptable uses of the Service include, without limitation:

• Running AI automation workflows for legitimate business or personal productivity.
• Integrating your agent with third-party APIs in compliance with those APIs' terms.
• Processing data you own or have lawful authority to process.
• Development and testing of AI-driven tools for non-harmful applications.

You are solely responsible for all content, data, and instructions you provide to your agent, and for any output your agent produces. We are not responsible for the actions, outputs, or consequences arising from your agent's operation.

§ 06

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Aigent.Bz platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

• Using the Service to generate, distribute, or process illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Engaging in or facilitating phishing, fraud, scams, or any deceptive practices targeting individuals or organisations.
• Using the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) via email, SMS, or any other channel.
• Conducting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or any attempt to disrupt third-party infrastructure.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, networks, accounts, or data belonging to others (hacking, cracking, or exploitation).
• Mining cryptocurrency or engaging in resource-intensive tasks not related to AI agent operations.
• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code.
• Scraping or harvesting personal data without consent in violation of applicable privacy laws (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
• Using the Service to impersonate any person, entity, or organisation.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, billing, or access controls of the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that could reasonably be expected to cause reputational or legal harm to Social Stardom or Aigent.Bz.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercialising your agent container or account access without our prior written consent.

§ 07

Intellectual Property

7.1 — Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Aigent.Bz platform, website, branding, logos, software, documentation, designs, and any related materials are exclusively owned by or licensed to Social Stardom. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as set forth herein.

The Aigent.Bz name, logo, and any associated trade names or service marks are proprietary to Social Stardom. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7.2 — Your Content & Data

You retain full ownership of all data, configurations, workflows, and content you create, upload, or process through your agent container ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Social Stardom a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your User Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to submit your User Content to the Service, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

7.3 — Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use such feedback freely without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality.

§ 08

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

§ 09

Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Social Stardom expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or outputs produced by AI agent containers.
• Warranties that defects in the Service will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic by nature and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for evaluating and validating any outputs before relying on them for any purpose. Aigent.Bz does not warrant the suitability of AI outputs for any legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

§ 10

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOCIAL STARDOM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or in connection with the Service.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any outputs, recommendations, or decisions made by your AI agent.
• Any service interruption, downtime, or data loss.

In no event shall Social Stardom's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations of liability set forth herein are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Social Stardom and you. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

§ 11

Termination

11.1 — Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@aigent.bz with your account email and a cancellation request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued upon voluntary cancellation; please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

11.2 — Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (among others):

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including Prohibited Activities (Section 6).
• Non-payment of subscription fees beyond the grace period.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Receipt of valid legal orders from competent Indian authorities.
• Discontinuation of the Service in whole or in part.

Upon termination for cause, any outstanding fees become immediately due. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by law.

11.3 — Data After Termination

Following termination or expiry, your agent container and associated data will be retained for a grace period of 14 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any data you wish to retain before your subscription ends. We are not responsible for any loss of data after the grace period.

11.4 — Survival

Sections 6 (Prohibited Activities), 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers & Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Governing Law), and any accrued payment obligations shall survive the termination of these Terms.

§ 12

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

The parties agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@aigent.bz and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of not less than 30 days. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns promptly and in good faith.

Consumer Protection: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in India.
